By ordering from Nookies Boutique Cakes, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Payment Terms
Wedding Cakes
A NGN 50, 000 non – refundable booking fee is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is payable 28 days prior to your wedding day. Payments can be made by bank transfer.

Fondant Decorated Celebration Cakes
A NGN 10, 000 non – refundable booking fee is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is payable 1 week prior to delivery/collection of your cake.
Smaller Cakes/Cupcakes
Full payment is required to secure your order. 1 weeks’ notice is required for all buttercream/ganache cakes, including cupcakes.
Booking Terms
Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes should be booked 3 – 6 months from your wedding date. As soon as your date is fixed, you can contact me, even if you don’t know what you want yet.
Celebration Cakes
Fondant decorated celebration cakes should be booked 1 – 3 months from the date of your occasion.
Smaller Cakes/Cupcakes
Buttercream/ganache cakes & cupcakes should be booked 1 – 2 weeks from the date of your occasion.
Deliveries
All deliveries are undertaken by my partnered couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your delivery.
If you are arranging your own courier collection, I would advise booking a car rather than a motorcycle. Once cakes have left my studio, I will not be held liable for any damage that occurs on transit.
Use Of Photographs & Videos
I reserve the right to use photographs & videos of orders I prepare on my website, blog & social media channels.
Changes, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All my cakes are baked to order, therefore, I do not accepts returns.
A replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive an incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with quality of your cakes upon arrival you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Nookies Boutique Cakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
If you need to change your delivery date or the details of your order, please contact me as far in advance as possible.
Orders booked with the non refundable booking fee (i.e wedding cakes & large celebration cakes) will not be entitled to a refund upon cancellation.
Customers who have booked and received an invoice from Nookies Boutique Cakes on orders without the non refundable booking fee are entitled to a full refund on the order total for cancellations made 28 days or more in advance of the order date and a 50% refund for orders cancelled within 10-27 days of the order date. Orders cancelled within 7 days of delivery/collection will not be entitled to a refund.
